Popular travel vlogger Elise Caffee dies after horrific crash in Mexico

Her family announced that the popular family and travel influencer died Wednesday almost a week after suffering severe burns in a car accident in Mexico.

Elise Cuffy, known as “3kidstravel” Thousands of social media followers were travelling to a wedding with her husband on March 6th, their cars were hit by a truck full of hot asphalt with 10 deadly pile-ups on the Cancun highway.

The truck tipped the three cars, 45-year-old Utahmama, overturning her and locked her down as “steamed hot asphalt” was dumped over her. The family announced on Instagram With a disturbing photo of the wreckage.

After being treated in Mexico, she returned to Salt Lake City in danger for additional treatment with the burn unit.

“We are absolutely heartbroken to share the news that Elise has passed away tonight. She held her grip for so long and fought incredibly difficult circumstances.” Her family shared on her new Instagram account It will be called “Elisecafeeupdates” on Wednesday.

“Absolutely everything that could have been done for her, we are so grateful that we were able to go home to say goodbye to her family before we left. We believe in our eternal family and know that we will see our beautiful moms, sisters, wives and daughters again,” the post continued, with a photo of the family.

“We are so grateful for all the prayers and love that have supported us in the last few days and we know that it will continue to come.”

The driver of their car was also killed in the crash, causing Kaffee's husband Dan to suffer minor injuries.

The family launched GofundMe and documented Cuffy's journey from an accident to a tragic death on Instagram.

She leaves her husband and three daughters behind.

Beloved Mama Vlogger was known for sharing unique stories and her family's travel adventures with over 45,000 followers.

She encouraged her followers to take advantage of every opportunity to travel with their children, especially, and believed that “you can take your child anywhere.”

Caffee's family said they plan to share details about their life celebrations in the coming days.
