Porsha Williams from 'Real Housewives' Responds to Midair Incident That Is Said to Be Under Federal Investigation

Porsha Williams Addresses Midair Incident

Porsha Williams, known from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” has responded through her lawyer regarding an in-flight incident that has apparently led to a federal investigation.

TMZ reported on November 18 that police were summoned to assist Williams after an alleged situation on a Delta flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta on Sunday. Williams’ attorney, Joe Habachy, mentioned that passengers were removed from the plane following what she described as a “verbal assault from an enraged but calm passenger without provocation.”

An Atlanta FBI spokesperson confirmed to TMZ that they are aware of an incident involving Williams on a Delta flight on November 16. “We are examining the possibility of federal charges,” the spokesperson added.

According to Habachy, “The passenger continued to make false claims that contradicted the statements of multiple witnesses.” He noted, “As with any incident on a plane, federal authorities must investigate everything to determine if there were any violations.”

Williams is cooperating with the investigation and her lawyer expressed confidence that those at fault will face prosecution.

A spokesperson for Delta Air Lines told TMZ that flight attendants managed the situation with the two individuals involved. Despite some back and forth, the flight reached Atlanta safely without any incidents.

TMZ also reported that law enforcement was present when the flight landed in Atlanta.

In video footage shared by TMZ, Porsha can be seen exiting the airport wearing a fur coat, appearing upbeat and even blowing kisses to fans. She had spent the weekend at BravoCon in Las Vegas with her fellow cast members from “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
