As media mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs fights federal sex trafficking charges, his legal troubles continue to mount, with more than a dozen new civil lawsuits accusing him of bad behavior. The lawsuit includes a lawsuit filed Monday by a woman who said she was 13 at the time. The Boy founder and two other celebrities attacked her in her bedroom at an awards show afterparty.

The victim filed charges in one of five new lawsuits filed Sunday against Combs, several of his companies and unnamed associates. According to the complaint, she felt “dizzy and lightheaded” at a party after the 2000 Video Music Awards and went to find an empty bedroom.

She claims Combs then came “looking crazy” and raped her along with an unnamed male celebrity while an unnamed female star looked on. In a separate new lawsuit, Combs and an unnamed celebrity are accused of drugging and then sexually assaulting a male fitness instructor at another party in 2022.

In the weeks following his arrest, as new accusers came forward, the billionaire's lawyers responded by asking a federal judge for a gag order to limit his extrajudicial speech.

Federal agents arrested Combs last month on charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, coercion and transportation for prostitution. If convicted, he could face a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and up to life in prison.

The trafficking charges, which revolve around what court documents describe as “freak-off” parties, were so risqué that investigators arrested 1,000 bottles of baby oil and personal lubricants at one of Combs' residences. It is said that the victims and participants received intravenous treatment after the drug gathering. According to federal prosecutors, he allegedly made incriminating recordings of those present and the victim to ensure silence.

According to court filings on behalf of Combs' accusers, they have the right to add more names to the lawsuit, including “currently unknown celebrities and persons of interest” who aided or colluded with him. I have reservations.
