Like many who are already suspected, Nico Iamareava’s father Nick played a major role in his son’s drama and departure from Tennessee.
“My family is happy (Tennessee),” says Cordell Landers, a friend of Iamaleava’s family, I told CBS Sports In a report that potential volunteers from Iamaleava have departed, “There are no contract negotiations. They are happy with the contract.”
Obviously, that wasn’t true as Iamaleava has entered the Spring Transfer Portal and his father reportedly made many decisions.
Iamaleava does not have agents that agents like many players do to handle the typical NIL negotiations.
