Prince George has been tasked with taking on an increasing number of royal duties since taking on a key role as one of the grooms of honour during the coronation of his grandfather King Charles in May 2023.
This year alone, he has taken on a more prominent role within the family, and last month he joined the rest of the family on the balcony at Buckingham Palace for the Trooping the Colour ceremony.
The following month, Prince George traveled to Berlin, Germany with his father, Prince William, to watch the Euro 2024 final soccer match between England and Spain.
This comes after Prince George’s sister, Princess Charlotte, celebrated her ninth birthday on May 2.
The Prince and Princess of Wales shared a sweet picture of the royal family posing in the backyard of their home on their special day.
“Happy 9th Birthday Princess Charlotte! 🎂 Thank you for all the kind messages today,” she captioned the photo.
Her birthday comes just one week after her brother, Prince Louis, celebrated his sixth birthday.
