Mr Reid was found guilty of manslaughter in March and subsequently sentenced to up to 18 months in prison.
But Baldwin, who actually pulled the trigger, is scheduled to be indicted on manslaughter charges in January, marking the second time prosecutors have attempted to hold him responsible for the shooting. He also faces lawsuits from victims’ families and crew members.
