WBBM-TV The car was overturned Monday morning when trouble broke out on a bike path near Chicago’s Oak Street Beach, the department said.
At least four people were kicked and punched on the road between North Avenue and Oak Street Beach around 6 a.m., WBBM said.

According to WBBM, the trio tried to get into the station photographer’s SUV and then began “messing” with a truck in the Chicago Park District.
But a much older jogger, Tim Fain, tried to stop them, the station said, adding that a cameraman caught one of the suspects swinging in Fain’s face. Ta.
The clockwise roundhouse footage was almost completely obscured by another person moving along the road. WBBM called it a punch, although it is not clear if the swing hit.

But Fain never flinched or backed down after that. No, he went after a much younger suspect with his dog.

Here’s how Fain described what happened to WBBM: “I saw guys jumping off a truck, a park service truck. One guy jumped on the back and I grabbed him.” and then he swung at me.”
