Queen Camilla has expressed her support for Duchess Kate.
On Wednesday, the 76-year-old Queen visited the Shrewsbury Farmers Market and chatted with onlookers during her first royal walk since the Princess of Wales announced her cancer diagnosis.
According to the Daily Mail, two young sisters, Harriet and Lois Waterston, were holding placards that read, “Sending love to Kate.”
“I’ll send this to Catherine. I’m sure she’ll appreciate it,” said the Queen. “I’ll take them carefully and make sure she knows they’re coming.”

“When I heard the news, I wanted to show my love for Kate by putting up a poster,” Harriet told the outlet.
Her mother Lucy Waterston added of Camilla’s reaction: “She said she would send her love.”

Last week, the princess revealed that doctors discovered the cancer after “further tests” following abdominal surgery.

A spokesperson for the couple previously told Reuters: “The Prince of Wales has been deeply touched by the kind messages we have received from people here in the UK, the Commonwealth and around the world in response to the Prince’s message.” he said. “They have been extremely touched by the warmth and support of the public and appreciate their understanding of their request for privacy at this time.”

Camilla’s husband, Charles III, also announced his cancer diagnosis and is undergoing treatment.

Charles’ cancer was discovered in February when he underwent surgery for an enlarged prostate at a London clinic.
The king also expressed this. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart” to supporters in a message shared online.
A post shared on the royal family’s official social media platforms was captioned: “As anyone affected by cancer knows, such kind thoughts are the greatest comfort and encouragement.”
Queen Camilla will attend Easter services with King Charles this Sunday at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

Other members of the royal family are also expected to attend, but Prince William, Duchess Kate and their children will not attend, People reported.
