Rachael Ray is sharing an update on her health after fans expressed concern about her health.
Ray, 56, admitted the injury as he opened up to fans about the activities he enjoys in his free time.
“I'm a housewife. I love doing housework and I love being in the kitchen. I work with my brain every day and I'm always writing,” Ray said in her debut podcast. It's dead. ”

“I'm a housewife. I love doing housework and I love being in the kitchen. I always use my brain to work every day.”
“But I really like housework. I like what people think of as physical labor. I like cooking dinner, planning dinner, making lists.”

The TV personality added that she loves “physical work” such as “carrying wood” but has had “a few bad falls” in recent weeks.

“I haven’t done that in a while,” she said.
Ray added that she and her husband sometimes compete to see how much wood they can carry.

But she said she didn't say that to him directly: “I'm just saying that to myself.”
Ray's comments come after fans previously expressed concerns about her health on social media.

Last month, the American chef shared a cooking video with fans, paying tribute to the late Tony Bennett's favorite dish: “Ossobuco, succulent braised veal shank served with creamy polenta and bread.”

Ray shared a personal story about her dear friend Bennett having dinner at her home, and fans were quick to react to her appearance.
One comment read: “What the hell is wrong with her?… slurred speech… wow, wow…”

Rachel Ray, the popular daytime talk show starring celebrity chefs, will end in spring 2023 after airing for 17 seasons.
