Rachel Morin’s Family Believes Accused Illegal Alien Killer Has More Victims

The Angel family, including 37-year-old Rachel Morin, a mother of five, believe the illegal immigrant accused of killing their loved one likely has other American victims.

Rachel Maureen was last seen on August 5, 2023, going for a walk on the Mama & Papa Heritage Trail in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland. When she didn’t return home, her boyfriend, Richard Tobin, reported her missing. Her body was found the next day on the side of the trail.

On June 15, the Tulsa Police Department Announced Police announced the arrest of Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, 23, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador with ties to the MS-13 gang, in connection with Morin’s rape and murder, as well as the assault of a 9-year-old girl and her mother in Los Angeles, California.

Since Martinez-Hernandez’s arrest, Morin’s sister, Rebecca tell of New York Post She believes Rachel is not the only American victim of illegal immigration.

“Our concern is that there are other victims out there who may have been attacked and ended up like my sister, or maybe they’re still alive and haven’t come forward,” Rebecca said. post“We hope they will come forward.”

“People who commit these crimes do so because they don’t care,” Rebecca continued. “They don’t think about what they’re doing. People who don’t care about human life can easily do the same to everyone they come into contact with.”

Tobin wrote on Facebook that the news of Martinez-Hernandez’s arrest was “truly beyond words” and that she wanted to see her boyfriend’s suspected killer serve a life sentence.

“I try to forgive, [swear] To everything I love, [you’re] You’re going to rot in prison for the rest of your pathetic life!!!” Tobin wrote.

Morin’s rape and murder drew national attention as the young mother became the latest American woman to fall victim to open borders.

In July 2022, Angel Mom Tammy Nobles’ 20-year-old daughter, Kayla Hamilton, was murdered in the bedroom of her Maryland home by an alleged MS-13 gang member, an illegal immigrant who had been released and resettled in the United States by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Nobles has testified before Congress about Hamilton’s murder and has advocated for stricter enforcement of federal immigration laws. Said of New York Post President Joe Biden said:[ing] It stops these types of crimes from happening.”

“He’s someone who welcomes undocumented immigrants here,” Nobles said of Biden, adding that he unfortunately knows the pain and suffering Maureen’s family is currently experiencing.

“I am extremely saddened that this has happened again and I understand what Rachel’s mother and family are going through and the nightmare they have to endure every day,” Nobles said.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the department responsible for implementing the government’s capture and release network, denied accusations that his department was partly responsible for Morin’s killing.

“Criminals are held accountable for their criminal acts,” Mayorkas told CNN. “The criminals who committed this heinous act should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law, and to the fullest extent of the law. That’s my response.”

Martinez Hernandez crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in February 2023 to flee a murder charge in his native El Salvador. Police say Martinez Hernandez had killed a young woman in his home country in January 2023, just one month before crossing the southern border.

Martinez-Hernandez remains in Tulsa police custody, and Maryland authorities expect to extradite him to the state by early July to face charges in Morin’s rape and murder.
