Despite his impressive performance during the 2025-26 season, Nacua’s life has been marked by personal challenges. Recently, he spent time in a rehab facility, following an incident on New Year’s Eve where he reportedly bit a woman.
Earlier in 2025, at just 25 years old, he welcomed a son named Kingston with his former girlfriend Harry Aiono. However, they are no longer together. Aiono took legal steps to confirm Nacua’s paternity regarding their child.
Currently, the two seem to be managing a stable co-parenting relationship. Interestingly, Nacua is reportedly back in the dating world, and Aiono’s recent Instagram posts suggest she might be too.
On July 2, Aiono shared several pictures from what looked like a dinner date, showcasing a striking black outfit.
The post caption read, “Last night 🤭.”
While there’s no explicit indication of her being with a man in the post, a comment from a follower seemed to imply concern over Aiono’s well-being. It read, “Whoever took this beautiful soul photo of an amazing woman better not break her precious heart!”
In response, Aiono replied with a playful, “🤞🏽🤭.”
