Mika Zibanejad's season is certainly confusing. That's especially true these days.
Butto enters a break for the four countries to play his best Hockey of the Year. If the Ranger is going to climb into a playoff position, it is a necessary development.
Zibanejad took part in the break after scoring 16 points in the last 5 games, including eight points in the last 20 games, tallying just 21 points in the first 35 games of the season.
Zibanejad provided goals and assists in Saturday's 4-3 victory over the Rangers' Blue Jacket.

Since the Rangers acquired JT Miller in a blockbuster deal with the Canucks at the end of January, director Peter Rabiolet has shifted Zibanejad into the lineup.
