Houston (AP) – Dallas rapper Yella Beezy has been arrested and charged with capital murder fellow rapper MO3 killed his shooting On a busy interstate in 2020, according to court records.
Yella Beezy, 33, whose real name is Markies Conway, was charged with murder on Tuesday by Dallas County Grand Jury. The indictment accused Conway of hiring a man named Keyon White To kill Mo3, his real name was Melvin Noble.
The indictment did not provide information as to why authorities believe Conway will hire White to shoot Noble, who lived in Dallas.

The court records did not list any attorneys who could speak on Conway's behalf. Calls and emails to Conway representatives were not immediately returned.
In a Facebook post after Conway's arrest, Noble's mother, Nicole Williams Noble, wrote, “Justice for my baby!!!”
Noble, 28, was driving on Interstate 35 in South Dallas on November 11, 2020. Noble got out of his car and began running south on the highway as a white shooting at him, authorities said. Noble and the bystander in the car were shot by White, police said. The bystanders survived, but Noble died in the hospital.
White and another man, Devin Brown, 32, was later charged with Noble's death. Their case related to Noble's death remains pending. White, 26, was sentenced to nearly nine years in federal prison in another lawsuit in 2022 after pleading guilty to possessing a firearm by a convicted felon.
Conway is best known for his 2017 single “That Ins Me” and his 2019 song “BACC AT IT AGAN.”
October 2018, Conway was shot and survived While driving on a paid road outside of Dallas, Lewisville, when someone stood up next to him, fired fire, and hit him three times.
Noble has over 800,000 followers on his Instagram page and was best known for his 2019 remix, “Ellybody,” with Baton Rouge and rapper Boozy Badaz.
