Forgiato Blow, who sang the song “Let’s Go Brandon,” told reporters that people were fed up with the state of affairs in the slums.

According to CNN, Trump held a rally in the Bronx to try to garner support, particularly among black and Hispanic voters in the Bronx, where Democrats are gradually losing control.
A Trump campaign official told CNN that the former president has lived and worked in New York for many years. Efforts to attract minority votersThe decision to hold the rally in the Bronx also took into account the area’s proximity to Trump’s criminal trial, as well as the former president’s desire to “challenge the status quo” in a state that has long leaned heavily Democratic, the official said.
Trump has argued that he has a chance to win this fall in New York, a state that hasn’t been won by a Republican presidential candidate since 1984. The Bronx is a Democratic stronghold, and Trump lost by about 68 points. Joe Biden In 2020, Hillary Clinton won by 79 points, but the margin was smaller than it was four years ago.
Trump’s improvement was even more pronounced in the South Bronx, where Thursday’s rally took place, where Biden won the precinct around Crotona Park. 69 pointsClinton won the same district by more than 90 points in 2016.
President Joe Biden’s support among Hispanic voters has been steadily declining. The New York Times As we recently noted, a recent New York Times/Siena College poll showed Trump leading Biden among Hispanic voters, 46 percent to 40 percent.
“Because Hispanic voters make up just 15% of the electorate, the poll’s sample size is not large enough to reliably assess small differences — for a subgroup of that size, the margin of error is 10 percentage points,” the Times noted. “But this poll and others like it make it clear that Trump continues to make impressive gains among Hispanic voters.”
