On Tuesday, the 62-year-old pleaded guilty and was sentenced in September 2023 as part of an agreement with Justice Department prosecutors.

Epps admitted to “conducting disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds.”

He did not attend the sentencing court, instead appearing via video conference.
