Ray J and Princess Love are once again calling for it to stop.
The actress filed for divorce from the “One Wish” hitmaker in Los Angeles County on Monday after nearly eight years of marriage, documents obtained by Page Six reveal.
The couple’s separation marked their fourth divorce attempt since May 2020, as they continued to reject previous demands while working through their differences.
Hours after filing the paperwork, Love spoke candidly about the breakup on Instagram, admitting it was in their “best interest” to go their separate ways.
“I am very sad to share the news that we have decided to divorce.” she wrote. “After much reflection, discussion, and counseling, we have come to the difficult realization that our paths have diverged.”
She continued: “I want to reassure you that this decision has been made thoughtfully, respectfully and with consideration for our mutual well-being.”
The “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star shares 5-year-old daughter Melody and 4-year-old son Epic with the “Sexy Can I” singer, but added: “Our relationship as husband and wife is… We may be nearing the end, but [they] Please continue to try to co-parent. ”

Love first filed for divorce in May 2020 against her husband, accusing him of leaving her and their daughter stranded in Las Vegas while he went to a strip club.

However, Ray denied these claims and claimed that his now ex-lover was left in the hotel room.

The reality star had the lawsuit dismissed in July 2020, but within months, Ray filed for divorce in September of the same year.

The two ended their breakup in March 2021, and then Ray filed a third lawsuit in October 2021, which was finally settled two years later.
Ray and Love tied the knot at Viviana in Los Angeles in August 2016.
Before saying “yes,” the hitmaker recalled raving about her then-fiancée and telling friends she was the one.
