Ray J Suggests Diddy’s Celebrity Friends Are Paying Off Alleged Victims

Ray J claims several celebrities have reached out to him and expressed fear about their ties to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and are paying off alleged victims to keep them silent.

In a clip from TMZ’s documentary, “The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs,” released Wednesday, Ray J said he has spoken directly with stars who are allegedly proactively offering money to alleged victims before any financial demands are made. He told TMZ’s Harvey Levin that these celebrities are initiating the pay-offs, saying, “I’ll give you money. Please don’t talk.”

Levin pressed Ray J about the nature of the alleged interactions between the celebrities and alleged victims. Ray J sidestepped some questions, choosing to frame his response on his own terms.

“Here’s what I do know,” Ray J told Levin. “People do catch-and-kills all day — and a catch-and-kill for the regular world, somebody has the truth, somebody pays you to keep it quiet, and hopefully that money that you got paid secures your happiness while you watch the lie continue to succeed.”

Ray J suggested this is exactly what’s happening in the Diddy case. He hinted that while Diddy remains detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York, his celebrity associates from the “freak-off” parties are scrambling to handle damage control.

He claimed that the celebrities have contacted him directly to discuss their experiences and fears related to the situation.

“They wanna talk to me. They want to talk to me about what happened to them. They call me they feel like they can trust me — because they wanna tell me about certain things that happened with them and Diddy,” Ray J said in the clip.

“Are these high-profile people calling you because they’ve had some affiliation with Diddy that they don’t want to come out, and they think they might be the vessel for it coming out? Is that what you’re saying?” Levin asked.

“Yes, that’s exactly what I’m saying,” Ray J told Levin. “And I don’t even know why I just said it … now they gotta be mad.”

Ray J appeared nervous during the questioning and eventually shut down the conversation. (RELATED: Alleged Victim Says Celebrity Couple Participated While Diddy Raped Her)

“I think I said too much,” he concluded.

It was previously reported that federal agents seized videos allegedly showing high-profile individuals involved in Diddy’s freak-off parties.

The disgraced music mogul remains behind bars ahead of his hearing, which is set to begin in May 2024.
