It was a nightmare scenario for Rays Pitcher Shane Buzz, and Goldschmidt made it even worse by hitting the ground ball at 105 mph.
However, Buzz was in good hands with Caballero.

Caballero hiked the ball to Brandon Lowe for the first out, and he fired it first. Goldschmidt was initially safe, but the replay showed that the Yankee’s first baseman missed the base, so it dominated the double play.
The third-place runner scored, and the next batter, Jazz Chisholm, brought him home. But it could have been a much longer inning without the magic from Caballero.
Trent Grisham homed in two innings to give the Yankees a 3-0 lead.
Caballero was on the right field Friday night when he took another yankee slugger Rice, who had a two-run shot, with another red-hot Yankee hitter.
The Yankees won 1-0 on Friday.
