Rapper and influencer Heather Morgan, aka Razzulcan, is gearing up to release new music as she transitions out of federal custody.
At 35, she is currently serving an 18-month sentence for laundering funds linked to the 2016 Bitfinex hack and is under supervision in Sacramento. Her full release is set for December 28.
The upcoming track is titled “Turki$h Martha” and is scheduled to be released on Friday.
In a statement from November 12, Morgan shared that this song became a favorite of hers while in prison. “Both prison staff and inmates at Victorville loved this song and asked me to rap ‘Turki$h Martha’ regularly,” she tweeted.
(Laughs) Prison staff and inmates at Victorville loved this song and asked me to rap “Turki$h Martha” on a regular basis.
I need to find a way to drop it into TRULINKS/Keefe, but I need a clean version 😂

Morgan faced conviction in November 2024 for laundering over 119,000 Bitcoins from the Bitfinex breach, which is noted as one of the largest cryptocurrency thefts. Her husband, Ilya Lichtenstein, received a five-year sentence for his role in the scheme, claiming he was the one who hacked the system.
Authorities were able to recover most of the stolen Bitcoin, which is now valued at over $11 billion.
Following her arrest in 2022, Morgan’s personal brand began to attract considerable attention. Before her legal troubles, her online presence featured rap videos, business tips, and content that highlighted her experiences in various countries like Turkey, Hong Kong, and Egypt.
During her time in Turkey, she attended Bilkent University in Ankara as part of an exchange program.
Morgan’s rap persona, Razulkan, drew particular interest, with her describing the character as “Genghis Khan, but more pizza-like.” In previous viral rap videos, she called herself the “Bedouin of Versace” and the “crocodile of Wall Street.”
The new track reflects her distinctive style; in a clip shared online, she performs while donning an Ottoman-style military helmet and dancing alongside another person.
Lyrics from the song include lines like “That’s not a harem shake, shimmy, shimmy, earthquake,” “Real bitch, nothing fake, just baklava, fuck cake,” and “Gotta masturbate, little date alone at home.”
Additionally, her online release hints at themes involving hashish, making the best lentil soup, and a whimsical take on being a Bedouin after her “Versace Bedouin” identity.
In the years leading up to her sentencing, Morgan remained active, producing content that expressed the mental toll of her impending imprisonment and separation from Lichtenstein, maintaining a lively presence on Cameo, branding herself as “cryptocurrency’s favorite felon.”
Lichtenstein later claimed he acted alone in their criminal activities, asserting during a video call that his wife was unaware of the hacking for many years while it remained unsolved.
Attempts to reach Morgan’s management for comment were unsuccessful.
