This week, the Robertson family invited military veterans and podcasters Chad Robichaud and Chad Wright on their show to talk about Jesus and drones.
As for the mysterious drones we still don't know much about, we're told that if the military really wanted to shoot them down, they would shoot them down.
“How long will it take to resolve this problem?” Jace asks.
“If our military wanted to take them out of the sky, they would be destroyed within hours,” Robichaud said. “[John Kirby] They say they don't know what they are, but they're not a threat to public safety, and they're not a threat to national security. Well, that means they know what they are. ”
“So, can I relax?” Jace asks.
“I agree,” Robichaud says.
Even if the drones belonged to the United States, Americans are still frustrated by the government's lack of transparency.
But in some cases, Wright says, confidentiality is necessary.
“I don't like the government having secrets either, but here's the problem: Some things the government does need to be kept secret. There are enemies, and there are actually “If you tell them what's going on, there are people who will react in a way that is harmful to society,” he explains.
“People in these cities, hey, if you tell them there's some kind of imminent threat and maybe that's why the drones are flying around… they're going to lose their minds,” he added.
