Reasons Donald Trump Deserved the Nobel Peace Prize

Trump Loses Nobel, Machado Wins

President Donald Trump has been denied the Nobel Peace Prize, despite his international peace negotiations. Instead, Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Colina Machado has been awarded the prestigious recognition.

Machado received the Nobel for her unwavering commitment to advancing the democratic rights of the Venezuelan people, along with her efforts aimed at achieving a peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.

Commenting on this, Blaze TV host Sarah Gonzalez raised questions about Machado’s achievements. “So, was her struggle effective?” she pondered. “As far as I’ve seen, the dictatorship remains, and human rights violations continue to plague the country.”

She continued, “Meanwhile, drugs are still being funneled into our nation. It seems that Machado’s efforts haven’t actually led to any real success, yet she’s being rewarded for trying. It feels like a participation trophy, honestly.”

Gonzalez described the situation as somewhat humorous, adding, “It’s hard to take any of this seriously.”

The Nobel Prize committee chairman sought to clarify why Trump was not a recipient. He stated that the committee’s decisions are based solely on research and the legacy of Alfred Nobel, noting the multitude of perspectives on what peace means.

Gonzalez wasn’t convinced—recalling that former President Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize just nine months into his presidency, even before accomplishing significant results. “He admitted he wasn’t even qualified yet, and still led the country into two wars,” she remarked.

She contrasted this with Trump’s record, asking, “How many wars has America engaged in under Trump? None.”
