Puka Nacua appears to be keeping up his physical fitness during his time in rehab.
The Rams player recently entered an upscale treatment center in Malibu after facing some challenges at the beginning of 2026. On Wednesday, he visited a gym nearby and put in a solid workout.
Photos show Nacua training hard, dressed in Nikes and floral shorts, really pushing himself with some weights. After the session, he was spotted leaving in a car, wearing a white shirt.
His attorney, Levi McCassan, mentioned that Nacua enrolled in the facility shortly before a 24-year-old woman, Madison Atiabi, brought accusations against him related to a biting incident on New Year’s Eve. While McCassan clarified that Nacua’s decision to seek help wasn’t directly due to the lawsuit, he admitted that the media attention surrounding the incident influenced the situation.
“He was there for quite some time before these allegations against Madison came to light, and he plans to be there for a while longer,” McCassan shared. He has kept in touch with Nacua and conveyed that he is “doing very well.” McCassan expressed optimism about Nacua’s future performance, saying he expects even greater things from him next year.
Nacua has been with the Rams since 2023, achieving impressive stats with 313 catches for 4,191 receiving yards and 19 touchdowns in his three seasons. The team is set to kick off offseason training in just a few weeks.
