Reese Witherspoon has officially filed for divorce from husband Jim Toth after 12 years of marriage.
The “Legally Blonde” star, 47, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation. Davidson County Court records obtained by TMZ Saturday.
According to documents filed in Nashville, Tennessee, Witherspoon and Toth signed a prenuptial agreement that was effective in March 2011 and provided “adequate and adequate provisions” for their assets and liabilities.
