Rep. Carlos Giménez Asks Homeland Security to Deport over 100 Alleged Cuban Regime Members

Rep. Carlos Guimenez (R-FL) on Thursday announcement He sent a letter to Homeland Security (DHS) Director Christie Noem saying that he had promptly investigated and urged her to deport members of Cuba's communist regime, who are now living in the United States.

“Run agents who had previously supported the brutal policies of the Castro dictatorship have now used US immigration law to enter our country,” the press release read. “These Cuban regime agents must be identified, investigated and deported immediately.”

The letter continued:

Cuban coordination laws and other humanitarian immigration programs were designed to provide refuge for those fleeing the oppressive Cuban dictatorship. Unfortunately, there have been several reports showing that individuals directly associated with the Cuban Communist Party and oppressive national security devices successfully filmed the immigration system and entered the country pretending to be false. This is a humiliation against our national principles, a direct humiliation against many Cuban exiles seeking freedom in the United States.

Councillor Giménez attached A list containing the names of more than 100 individuals currently resident in the United States who are considered to be suppressors of Castro administration, and their respective relationships to Cuban institutions.
