Rep. Comer shares Rep. Jeffries’ campaign emails with Jeffrey Epstein

House Oversight Committee Releases Epstein Files

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is, in a way, giving the Democrats what they’ve been asking for—he’s releasing the Epstein documents.

During a session in the House on Thursday, Comer, a Republican from Kentucky, highlighted that his committee has made available all 30,000 files concerning the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, which were provided by the federal government. He was quick to note that, in comparison, Democrats only released a mere 10 files.

Comer claimed that Democrats, who have been vocal about wanting these files released, are indeed getting them, along with evidence linking them to the convicted pedophile.

He proceeded to read a letter from House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, a Democrat from New York, which was sent to Epstein in the past, asking for campaign contributions for “Brooklyn’s Barack.”

“To Jeffrey Epstein” — and I mean the real Jeffrey Epstein, not someone else. This is connected to Hakeem Jeffries’s campaign,” Comer elaborated.

The letter expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, noted as a rising star within the New York delegation. It mentioned a DCCC fundraising dinner with President Obama and highlighted Jeffries’s goal of securing a Democrat majority in 2014.

Ultimately, it included a contact number for Epstein to call to attend the dinner and perhaps “get to know Hakeem better.”

The congressman plans to keep digging into Epstein’s network, issuing subpoenas to JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and the attorney general of the U.S. Virgin Islands, all over their alleged ties to the sex offender.

More Epstein-related documents are anticipated to be released from the Trump administration, as the president has signed a bill requiring their disclosure.
