Embattled New York Rep. Jamaal Bowman is currently facing plagiarism allegations as he fights for his political life in next week’s New York primary election.

Bowman, a former educator and principal of a Bronx middle school, is accused of plagiarizing multiple quotes from a 2019 paper he wrote while attending Manhattanville College. According to an analysis by The Daily Wire Activist Christopher Ruffo.

According to the report, Bowman quoted a definition of critical race theory from R. Loron Dow’s book “Introduction to Critical Race Theory” without citing the source, and replaced “Latina/Latina” with “Latinx/Latina.”
