The 6-year-old son of Rep. John Rhodes (R-Tenn.) stole attention on Monday by making a scene for the cameras while his father spoke on the House floor.
Guy Rhodes’ adorable antics included standing directly behind his father, a congressman, in front of the cameras, smiling, rolling his eyes, wagging his tongue and demonstrating what appeared to be a secret sign language as the father railed against the conviction of former President Donald Trump in his hush money trial.

Some on social media said Guy’s antics reminded them of the goofy facial expressions and manic waving of Andrew Giuliani during his father Rudy’s inauguration speech in 1994.
“There’s a strong ‘Andrew Giuliani 1994’ vibe to it,” Dan McLaughlin, a senior writer at National Review, wrote about X.
Guy, a recent kindergarten graduate, plans to accompany his father on Capitol Hill throughout the week, according to the Associated Press.
