On Monday, Jason Boebert agreed to the requirements of a separate protective order filed against him by Tyler Boebert.
The order requires Jason Boebert to surrender all weapons and ammunition, not consume alcohol, and not to threaten or harass his son. The order does not include a no-contact clause because Tyler Boebert currently lives with his father.
Tyler Boebert was arrested last month on a series of theft charges in Colorado and faces 22 criminal charges, including five felonies.
