Tyler Boebert’s arrest follows recent headlines regarding a series of controversies that his mother, Lauren, has faced over the past year related to her ex-husband, Jason Boebert.

Earlier this month, Lauren Boebert was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband, alleging he threatened to harm her and entered her home without permission. On Wednesday morning, the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office listed Tyler Boebert as an inmate in the county jail, but no bail amount or release date was set.
