Perez Hilton reportedly attempted to harm himself seriously during a livestream on August 4, as stated by Radar.
A source allegedly informed the outlet, “Perez tried to cut off his penis.”
This was not a minor injury; it was a significant act of self-mutilation requiring urgent medical attention.
The situation escalated quickly, resulting in injuries severe enough to raise concerns about possible permanent damage, according to Radar.
“Medics had to address blood loss, the wounds, broken bones, and other urgent medical issues simultaneously.”
It was reported that ensuring Perez’s survival and stability became the foremost concern.
Following his apparent breakdown, Hilton was described as “disfigured,” and for the sake of his three children, who were present during the incident, steps were taken to keep them away from him for several weeks to prevent additional trauma.
“He’s still healing from numerous cuts, with stitches that are dissolving, and he still has some on his face,” the source shared.
