According to multiple reports, the Chief of the Representative Social Security Agency has resigned from her role after multiple requests from multiple requests from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Deputy Michelle King left the agency after more than 30 years of service. According to Associated Pressshe allegedly refused to provide the requested confidential information to Doge employees.
Michelle King will be replaced by Leland Dudeck, who will become a proxy until Trump administration candidate Frank Vignano is confirmed.
Dudek oversaw the SSA fraud Investigation Bureau, and afterwards she resigned to become a proxy committee member.
White House spokesman Harrison Fields said of the move Monday: In the meantime, agents will be led by social security anti-combustion experts as representative committee members. ”
He added that Trump is committed to appointing the “best and most qualified” people who work on behalf of the American people.
King's departure will be added to the list of several high-ranking officials who have left the post as Doge continues to find wasteful spending in multiple federal departments and agencies.
Bisignano, CEO of Financial Titan Fiserv, will have to wait until Dudek is confirmed by the Senate, as he will lead the agency in the meantime.
However, the opposing people claim this is a violation of personal information.
Nancy Altman, president of advocacy group, told Social Security Works Associated Press“There's no way to exaggerate how serious this is, and my understanding is that it's already happening.”
“The information that the Social Security Agency collects and holds safely is extremely sensitive,” she said. “SSA has included all those who have a Social Security number, virtually every American, everyone who has Medicare, the Social Security Means Tested Companion Program, and all those who have applied for Supplementary Security Income. There is data on income Americans.”
“If you have evil intentions to punish a perceived enemy, someone can erase your revenue record and make it impossible to collect the Social Security and Medicare benefits you have earned.” she said.
