Three young males, all minors, have been accused of gang-raping and beating a 12-year-old boy to the point of hospitalization in mid-September in New Dehli, India.
The victim remains in “critical condition” after he was allegedly gang raped by three males, all of whom are minors, according to CNN. The three suspects all knew the victim, residing in the same community, and one is a family relative, the outlet noted.
Only two have been arrested, and none have been charged yet, according to CNN. The victim was reportedly “brutally” beaten with bricks and assaulted with a rod, the outlet continued. “The boy is not in a good state and may not make it,” Dehli Commission for Women (DCW) spokesperson Swati Maliwal told CNN.
