Opening night of Super Bowl LIX week was Monday, with players and coaches from both the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs speaking with the media. On top of that, they also got to interact with the 30,000+ fans that are already in New Orleans. But let’s stick with the press for this story.
Super Bowl week, being as big as it is, always brings bizarre moments. Sometimes players laugh, sometimes they get pissed off, it just depends on what exactly was said. Well, an example of this happened with Chiefs tight end and Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce while he was up at the podium. And holy hell, this is a classic moment. “Travis, what do you love more? Taylor Swift or phantom 15-yard roughing the passer penalties in the playoffs?” hilariously questioned the reporter, implying the Chiefs have the referees on their side with bad call after bad call consistently being in their favor.
After a brief pause, Kelce said, “That’s a good question. Anybody else?”
