Eric Schmidt (R-Missouri), Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.), Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), Sen. Mike Schmidt (R-Missouri), Sen. Sen. Lee (R-Utah) and Sen. Mike Braun (R-Ind.) also spoke about the expected Democratic motion to bring an impeachment trial.
