RFK claims to have enough signatures to appear on ballot in all 50 states

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy claims to have collected enough signatures to appear on the ballot in all 50 states.

Kennedy spoke with Fox News’ Neil Cavuto on Friday to discuss the impact on the major parties’ campaigns and his chances of victory.

When asked about his national eligibility, Kennedy said, “At this point, we have enough signatures to reach all 50 states.”

“We’ve introduced most of the bills, but they haven’t been approved in every state yet, but they will definitely be on the ballot in all 50 states,” he said.

Cavuto questioned why Kennedy is only officially on the ballot in about eight states so far, and the independent candidate blamed state governments for the delays.

“Neil, many states don’t certify until mid-August, so we submitted our signatures, they were accepted and will be certified.”

“It’s just the state [holding] “Nobody can get on the ballot. Nobody can get on more ballots than they have now,” Kennedy said.

a A survey conducted by Ipsos This week, Kennedy was found to be carrying around 5% support in seven battleground states: Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and Nevada.

Though he is far from winning, Kennedy’s small base could play a decisive role in what is expected to be a close race.

In the same battleground state poll, Vice President Kamala Harris received 42% of the vote in seven battleground states compared with former President Trump’s 40% — a slim margin for the two major party candidates.
