A report has emerged involving Olivia Nuzzi, a journalist who allegedly had a sexting relationship with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Nuzzi hinted at revealing significant details in her memoir, which reportedly left Kennedy’s wife, actress Cheryl Hines, reeling with shock, according to an insider.
Sources indicated that both Kennedy, who is 71 and serves as the Health and Human Services secretary, and Hines, age 60, are reportedly anxious about what might be disclosed, potentially reviving last year’s scandal.
In past statements, Hines expressed confidence, supporting Kennedy’s claims that he never engaged in a physical relationship with Nuzzi, either online or face-to-face.
Efforts to reach Hines for a comment went unanswered, and attempts to contact Kennedy were similarly met with silence.
Depending on the weight of Nuzzi’s claims, some believe Kennedy could face repercussions regarding his Cabinet position in the Trump administration.
Previously, during the original controversy, Kennedy refuted any allegations of infidelity, asserting through a spokesperson that his only encounter with Nuzzi was during an interview in the context of his 2024 presidential campaign.
Nuzzi’s book, titled “American Canto,” is reportedly set to release soon. She is currently working at Vanity Fair after leaving New York Magazine amid claims of infidelity.
Hines shared her thoughts on a proposal made by Kennedy, suggesting she act as if they had separated to reduce public scrutiny following the scandal.
While Nuzzi has claimed their relationship was “personal but never physical,” her ex-fiancé, Ryan Lizza, has made more serious allegations, implying that Kennedy had intentions of controlling and manipulating Nuzzi.
According to Lizza, Kennedy described as having a “sex addiction,” and he characterized their relationship as toxic and unhealthy.
Nuzzi’s upcoming book is reportedly creating a wave of anxiety for both the Kennedys, as sources suggest it could spark renewed interest in the longstanding narrative of Kennedy’s romantic history.
As both women prepare to share their stories, it seems likely that public intrigue will only grow in anticipation of the revelations.
