“Just early this morning, you saw that you were completely rebuilding the HHS. What does that new structure look like?” Gonzalez asked.
“What we found there is that there is all sorts of redundancy, lots of management costs, and vast bureaucracy that doesn't focus on the actual mission, which is gold standard science patient care,” replied RFK Jr.
“During the Biden administration, the HHS budget rose 38%, the number of employees increased by 17%, and all public health indicators actually accelerated downwards. We need to reverse that,” he continued.

“We have over 100 communications departments, 40 IT departments, 40 hours departments, etc., and we repeat them. We integrate them. The agency is a $1.9 trillion agency and it's completely impossible to govern. It's impossible to have a unified mission to wake up in the morning.
According to RFK Jr., agents have groups “at war with each other.”
“I found out that the medical information collected on one side is sharing it and selling it to other groups of my agency, saying, “How do we use this method to improve patient care? How do we use it in a way that makes people healthy?” ” he explained.
“We're cutting 28 departments to 15, eliminating redundancy and streamlining our agents. We're going from 82,000 employees to 62,000 people,” he added.
“It's really shocking to hear how much they've grown, how much the bloated bureaucracy has grown just under Joe Biden,” commented Gonzalez, “Are you kidding me?”
