Midway through the 2024 NFL season, Tom Brady, in his first year on the air with the Fox Sports team, admitted that he and Kevin Burkhardt are working on improving their color commentary each week.
A former Brady teammate who now writes for FOX NFL Sunday has heard about these improvements.
Rob Gronkowski, perhaps Brady's favorite target during his time in the NFL, spoke to FOX News Digital about his analysis of Brady this season.

Not only has “Gronk” loved being teammates with Brady in his post-playing life, but he has watched his former signal-caller strive to get better in his new career.
“He's having so much fun and I love it,” Gronkowski said at the grand opening of Great Wolf Lodge South Florida. “I love seeing Tom succeed. And what's so nice about it is that sometimes Tom will chime in to the pre-game show booth while I'm at my desk. I can ask him some questions.'' It's really special to be teammates with him off the field again before some games.
“We're both teammates at FOX and he's doing a really good job. He's made amazing progress.”

Brady told Fox News Digital in September that he was “learning on the fly” about his new job after the NFL season started. With that comes the challenge of adapting and adjusting to his newfound passion.
Gronkowski knows what it's like to transition to the broadcast side of the business, so he supports his friend when it comes to not being perfect from the start.

“I mean, nobody's going to go out the gate and be perfect – not myself, not the analysts, not the commentators. It's just that he's going to grow week by week. Just to see that, that's who Tom Brady is,” Gronkowski said. “He's a guy who makes adjustments. He's a guy who keeps improving until he's perfect.”
Brady and Burkhardt's “America's Game of the Week” will be one of the best games of the weekend, Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs.
Gronkowski, who was inducted into the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame earlier this week, said the game between the AFC rivals cannot escape the conversation without being brought up.
The battle between two of the conference's best teams will feature two of the game's top quarterbacks in Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen.

Whether it's the Bills vs. Chiefs or another matchup, Gronkowski always looks forward to hearing Brady's voice.
