Rob Lowe is putting his hosting skills to the test.
The “Parks and Recreation'' star is the host of Fox's new game show “The Floor,'' and while he enjoys his new role, he admits he gets “too involved'' with the contestants' journeys. Ta.

“The Floor” follows 81 contestants as they stand in a square and compete against each other for a chance to win $250,000. Lowe likened the game to “chess or checkers,” with each square representing a different “area of trivia expertise.” He explained that the only way to reach another square is to “answer trivia questions” against your opponent, so you need to use strategy to win.

There are multiple reasons why Lowe was excited to host the show. The first one said, “At the end of the day, it's trivia. I love it. I love Trivial Pursuit. I love games like that, and this is the best game I've ever seen.” The second reason is that it allows you to connect with people.
“It allows me to do very specific things that I want to do. [to] “Unscripted, on the fly, improvising, hopefully doing something funny, connecting with people and changing people’s lives with money behind them,” he said. . ”
Since his big break in 1983 when he played the role of Sodapop in “The Outsider'', his popularity has not slowed down. He currently appears on two shows: Fox's “9-1-1 Lone Star'' and Netflix's “Unstable.'' He co-stars with his son John Owen.
In an interview with Extra TV in December, Lowe assured fans that the show's new season is “really leveling up comedy-wise this year” and added some “amazing new cast members.”
