Ronnie Radke has sought a temporary restraining order against Brittany Furlan, Tommy Lee’s wife, as of Monday.
The lead singer of Falling In Reverse alleges that Furlan has harassed him online, and her attempts to reach him intensified after he stopped responding. Documents reportedly obtained indicate this escalation, according to sources.
Furlan’s own filings claim she was followed to her home, where Furlan allegedly parked outside, as well as trailed to a doctor’s visit, where she was purportedly watched from outside.
In response to Radke’s claims, Furlan’s attorney stated she is actually the one facing harassment. They expressed concern over the petition, emphasizing that Furlan has been victimized and pledging to contest what they termed a frivolous lawsuit.
A representative for Radke did not reply immediately to requests for comments.
In May 2025, while still married to Lee, Furlan alleged that she had been “catfished” by someone posing as Radke on social media.
Recently, she revisited this issue, asserting in an Instagram story that Radke had been texting her and accusing him of inappropriate interactions with a minor fan.
Radke, 42, addressed her accusations on Instagram, suggesting Furlan’s behavior might be criminal. He noted that women, including Furlan, have been deceived by someone imitating her, and mentioned the involvement of the FBI in the matter.
In earlier statements to the media, Radke expressed that he is cooperating with authorities to clarify that he is not responsible for the supposed catfishing.
Despite the drama surrounding these events, Furlan and Lee’s relationship has endured, even after a brief separation in May 2025. Furlan later remarked that these experiences unexpectedly united them, prompting reflection on their bond.
She admitted feeling isolated at times, once seeking comfort from artificial intelligence by expressing her need for kindness and affection.
Meanwhile, Lee took to social media to dismiss rumors of a split, affirming their commitment to one another as they welcomed the new year together.
