Liv Golf Announcement This week, the league hired former NBA executive Scott O'Neal as its new CEO. O'Neal, of course, will replace the controversial Greg Norman, who has served as commissioner since the league's inception in 2022.

“Scott was at the Showdown match in Las Vegas and of course Greg was as well. Then Scott came to the opening night of TGL. He has a great track record in the sports field. I think it's probably a good move for LIV now that they're established.”

Rahm expressed a similar opinion.

“When you have a guy like Scott who is a little bit removed from the golf world but is very involved in the sports world, I think he's a good fit,” Rahm said after Friday's failure to qualify.
