Round 2 of PGA Championship delayed after fatal shuttle bus crash

The second round of the PGA Championship has been postponed after a man was reportedly killed by a shuttle bus outside Kentucky’s historic Valhalla Golf Club.

The PGA Championship announced on X that an update on start times is expected at 7 a.m.

The incident is not believed to be related to the incident involving world No. 1 golfer Scottie Scheffler, who was found handcuffed and detained by police outside a golf course.

According to an ESPN reporter, Scottie Scheffler was “handcuffed and detained by police after misinterpreting traffic and attempting to drive past officers and enter Valhalla Golf Club.” . jeff darlington.
