Convicted
A judge found Ryan Rouse guilty on all counts last Tuesday after he attempted to assassinate then-presidential candidate Donald Trump at his West Palm Beach Golf Club last September. Following the verdict, Rouse allegedly tried to stab himself in the neck with a pen before four former U.S. officials were able to intervene.
In the courtroom, his daughter, Sarah Rouse, reportedly stood up and exclaimed, “Don’t do anything. I’ll drive you out. I won’t hurt you.” The atmosphere was tense as the judge remained present during this incident.
