Salma Hayek is enjoying her birthday in a stunning setting.

The “Down to Dawn” actress turns 59 and shared a vibrant photo of herself in a red bikini on Instagram. In the image, she can be seen lifting a drink, almost as if she’s toasting to the occasion.

“I’ve traveled 59 times around the sun and still danced ☀️💃🏻 Thank you for your love, everyone! 🎂🎉♥♥,” she captioned the post.

Numerous celebrities took to the comments to send their wishes. Julianne Moore wrote, “Happy Birthday!!,” while Anthony Hopkins chimed in with, “Happy Birthday ♥♥ We Love You.”

Interestingly, Hayek marked her 56th birthday by sharing a video of herself dancing on a boat, wearing yet another red bikini.

She has been open about her relationship with swimwear, having posed in various bikinis over the years, including a cover for the 2025 edition of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.

She was surprised about landing that cover, recalling her feelings about her body image. “I’ve always had a tough time finding the right swimsuit. It feels surreal,” she admitted in a conversation earlier this year.

Reflecting on her past, Hayek mentioned that if anyone had told her at 58 she’d be featured on a magazine cover, she’d probably think they were joking. “I’m glad to see how things are changing,” she said.

In June 2023, she shared a candid, makeup-free selfie showing her natural beauty, grey hair, and wrinkles. “I woke up and counted the number of white hairs and wrinkles that crashed the party this morning,” she humorously wrote.
