Proposals for Republican lawmakers: If your statement can be confusing due to Gloria Steinem’s quote, it’s time to resolve gender theory.
Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina posted a video to X of the controversial conversation between herself and her constituents. The video starts in the middle of correlation.
A man wearing Daisy Dukes in a make-up shop, a crazy madman, a man got into my face today. Dem is nuts. So I left – and I will not retreat.

“I do them every year,” Mace says in connection with City Hall.
“I asked if I was doing any more this year. That was a simple question,” says the man. It escalates back and forth before Mace dismisses the man.
“I’ll get out of my face,” says Mace as the man leaves. “Goodbye. F—you.”
“I’m sure I’ll get voted very quickly this year,” the man replies.
“I’m not, I’m not, I’m that much, I won,” replies Mace.
There are plenty here to recoil Democrats and Republicans alike. Both Mace and the man do not appear in particular in flattering light, casting vulgarity and humiliation at each other like middle schoolers, but Mace is the elected representative. I hope she maintains more courtesy when she approaches an angry constituent, or especially. (Related: “I’m a grown woman!”: Nancy Mace, Dem Repp faces the cries of Congress | Daily Caller)
Republican Sen. Jim Banks of Indiana managed a more cooler calm I’ve faced it By a man who identified himself as a fired Health and Welfare Services (HHS) employee.
“Are you going to do something to stop what’s going on?” the man asked.
“It probably deserves it,” Banks replied. All this without falling into oath or high-pitched hysterics. (Indeed, he says the man looks like “like a clown,” but with recognition, the man does.)
Mace seems obviously confident in her actions. So she not only shared the conflict on social media, but also showed up to Sean Hannity to discuss the incident.

“This guy approached me and I told you, I told you, I was threatened, I felt harassed… As someone who has experienced trauma in her life, and many women will understand what I am talking about. I said Host of Fox News.
Now it’s a strange moment that wastes the mission of Americans with unnatural, self-righteous TV spots. But why does good governance get in the way of positioning itself as a martian for all women?
“I was the first member of the Congress. I said, ‘I’m going to keep the line for women and girls everywhere,'” Mace continued, claiming that most of her “derives from my position in protecting women and girls in private spaces.” Certainly a valuable cause, but perhaps more featured by a woman with no history who proudly invaded every man’s space. Mace was the first female cadet to graduate from the Citadel Corps of Cadets. As of 2024, 13% of graduates were women. According to On Citadel Magazine.
“We crushed the glass ceiling,” Mace writes to X.
Clevering #womenshistorymonth! As the first woman to graduate from Citadel Corps of Cadets, she smashed a glass ceiling.

One Wonder: Does the male Citadel graduate feel forced to frame conflicts in terms of his own trauma?
This is not the first time a GOP lawmaker has ousted a feminist talk point.
Republican Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna has partnered with Democrats to promote a law that allows new parents, or remote voting for proxy votes, in US homes. The measure was led by Democrat Brittany Pettersen, a Colorado Democratic lawmaker. Petersen appeared on the floor of his house with his nine-week son to defend the bill. (Related: Luke: Republicans were hampered by their own feminist intruders.
“It is immeasurable that in 2025 we have never modernised Congress to address these very unique challenges our members face,” Pettersen said. She thanked Paulina Luna for her support and called in-person voting requirements “anti-women” and “anti-family.”

Beware of feminists in “conservative” clothing.
