Sara Gonzales attends Texas Democrat Convention labeled as 'mentally ill' — is removed after engaging with Talarico supporters

Blaze TV host Sarah Gonzalez went undercover at the Texas Democratic Convention in Corpus Christi, and it was as wild as she’d imagined.

Initially, she found her views disqualified her from being treated as a journalist.

Among the booths, she spotted a family planning station that was giving out free Plan B. She commented, “They gave me two free Plan Bs because they hate babies in the womb and love to kill them. This is really terrible,” before tossing them in the trash, adding, “They do the same thing to babies.”

She then engaged with attendees, asking a masked woman which of James Talarico’s positions she supported most. The woman didn’t respond, so Gonzalez pushed further, asking, “Have you ever thought about taking your mask off? It’s 2026.”

The woman lowered her mask, leaned into Gonzalez’s space, and exhaled heavily, saying, “I have chronic Epstein-Barr virus. Is that okay with you?”

“Masks don’t work, ma’am,” Gonzalez retorted. “Thanks for attempting to share your virus, lovely people.”

Gonzalez also spoke to another supporter sporting an “I’m Tarafrico” shirt. When she inquired about Talarico’s policies, the woman replied, “The fact that he is a real Christian and not a pseudo-Christian.”

Surprised, Gonzalez followed up, “Did you ever hear him say that he hated Christianity?” The supporter responded, “No, that didn’t happen because he’s a pastor.”

Another exchange included Talarico’s supporters claiming they were unconcerned about his friend, Bobby Pulido, sharing a stage with a bandmate convicted of inappropriate acts with a minor. “I don’t care about his friend,” one man told Gonzalez. “I don’t care that he’s parading his convicted pedophile friend on stage,” she replied, visibly shocked.

The man insisted, “No, it’s not.” Gonzalez said, “He raped an 8-year-old girl,” as the discussion shifted with him asserting that Republicans were guilty of similar actions. “All pedophiles are evil,” she stated, stressing that rather than deflecting, they should all agree on that point.

After a chaotic exchange, Gonzalez was removed from the event for allegedly “inciting” the crowd. “We were just standing there, and they said a lot of people felt we were instigating,” she explained. “Two police officers came, one of whom I believe was transgender, which aligns with this mentally ill Democrat’s practices.”
