Scaramucci on why more in GOP don’t oppose Trump: ‘They probably don’t like death threats’

Anthony Scaramucci, who briefly served as White House communications director under former President Donald Trump, said more Republicans are not speaking out against Trump because they don’t want to risk their lives.

“Well, they probably don’t like death threats, Nicole, and you can probably start there.” Scaramucci told MSNBC. Speaking to Mr. Wallace this week, Mr. Trump said, “I think we’ll be more organized this time.”

“One of the reasons that rebellion failed was that he had no organizational skills. He didn’t have the business management skills to properly carry out a rebellion. But now he’s much more organized than he was. “There are people who are actively participating in that campaign,” he said.

“So don’t underestimate that. And if he somehow wins, don’t underestimate his effectiveness going forward. I don’t expect him to.”
