Scheana Shay claims Brock Davies' infidelity was 'karma' for Eddie Cibrian's affair

Brock Davis misled Scheana Shay, and she openly acknowledges that her husband’s infidelity feels, well, like “karma.”

The former Vanderpump Rules star reflected on her own experiences from 2006 involving Eddie Cibrian, who was married at that time. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, which was released on Wednesday, she said, “Did I deserve you? [to be cheated on]?”

Shay, 40, noted that she has felt the weight of a “scarlet letter” for years and often faces online criticism, being called a “homewrecker” due to her past relationship with Cibrian.

While Cibrian was married to Brandi Granville, Shay recalled being his “booty call,” admitting, “I misled a 33-year-old man when I was just 21.” She reflected, “Looking back, absolutely there were red flags. I was following my heart, not my head.”

The reality star, now 52, mentioned, “I didn’t consider his wife and kids at home.” She recognized that people might think she’s making it all about her, but said, “This shows how selfish I was in that moment.”

She pointed out, “Just look at what my husband did to me.”

Recently, Shay revealed that Davis had been unfaithful while she was pregnant with their daughter. He didn’t admit to his betrayal for two years, and the scandal became widely talked about after Tom Sandoval’s controversy. Shay is still unsure about how much to include in her upcoming memoir, “My Good Side.”

She explained, “It was a lengthy discussion—an eight-month one—where, after some therapy, we concluded that if we didn’t share everything, the book would be lacking.” She added that if they didn’t have children, she would have likely ended things with him.

Shay expressed that part of her forgiveness process involves consistent work. She finds herself still grappling with trust issues, like the other day when she noticed him deleting texts. But she firmly believes he won’t repeat his past mistakes. The couple, married since 2022, is also taking their time in considering expanding their family through surrogacy.
