Scheana Shay Reveals She Hooked Up With Jesse McCartney And Shemar Moore Over The Same Weekend: “I Was With One One Night And The Other The Next Night”

Scheana Shay’s Dating History and Current Life

Scheana Shay seems to have quite the intriguing dating history, which, it turns out, has its perks.

In her memoir, My Good Side, she shares stories of past relationships with some notable figures, including Eddie Cibrian, John Mayer—whom she humorously refers to as “telephone sex”—Adrian Grenier, Josh Hopkins, Shane West, among others. She’s also crossed paths with several professional athletes.

Now married to Brock Davis, Shay made an appearance at a studio shortly after her book’s release, and naturally, her impressive list of former flames came up in conversation.

While she preferred to leave the specifics about the leading men from her past—Ryan Gosling and James Marsden—to the reader’s imagination, she did open up about her connection with singer Jesse McCartney. She reminisced about how they first met while living in the same building north of Hollywood around 2009 or 2010.

“Jesse would climb a little hill,” she recalled. “We both cheer for the Chargers, so some Sundays we’d bring bagels or donuts to the boys and watch football together or just hang out.”

Shay chuckled as she described an unforgettable trip to Las Vegas. She and McCartney, along with actor Shemar Moore, shared a memorable weekend there. “I stayed overnight the next night,” she admitted, adding that she was around 23 or 24 at that time.

These days, she’s settled into married life with Davis, and they are parents to a daughter named Summer Moon. They tied the knot legally in a private ceremony in August 2021, later celebrating with friends and family on camera in 2022.

When we chatted with Shay, she expressed her hopes for readers of her memoir. “I want people to gain a deeper understanding of who I am and why I do what I do,” she mentioned. “If you finish the book and still don’t like me, that’s okay too. I’m not everyone’s cup of tea. I can be a bit much—I get it.”

For those curious about her life on VanderPump Rules, more insights can be found in her memoir, My Good Side.
