“Our family has always lived in apartments,” Schumer said in the post, “but my daughter and her wife just bought a house with a backyard and for the first time ever, they’re going to be grilling out hot dogs and burgers for a BBQ!”
“Father’s Day heaven!” the 73-year-old senator exclaimed.
But the barbecue congressman made an epic blunder, fanning the flames of criticism from barbecue aficionados and provoking critics in the conservative media who mocked the raw cheese-topped burger.
